Working within a fast-paced luxury fashion company, this role requires someone who is able to learn quickly while being proactive and solution-orientated. This role requires a candidate with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and superior written and verbal communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of challenging situations and must demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure. French-speaking skills are highly desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is often confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compiling documents for travel-related meetings; chairing/leading or taking minutes in senior leadership meetings.
  • Prioritises and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Senior Executive Team, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
  • Determines and/or proposes appropriate course of action or responses.
  • Works closely and effectively with the senior management team to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Exercises a high level of discretion and confidentiality while maintaining good relationships with all board members.
  • Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings whether onsite or off-site.
  • Manages special projects as directed by the CEO, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Prepares reports, presentations, and briefs for the CEO as needed.

  • Very strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
  • Exceptionally well presented.
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in document creation, letter writing, and slide presentations.
  • French speaking preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrates proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and be adaptable to various competing demands.
