Placement: 12-month placement, with the anticipated start date of July/August 2025
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Digital team in a dual role, splitting time between the Ecommerce and Client Services teams. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in the ecommerce fashion space, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced luxury environment. In this role, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the inter-departmental collaboration between teams within the Digital department, as well as hands-on experience in ecommerce shoot production.
Ecommerce Responsibilities:- Supporting the Ecommerce Photography & Merchandising Coordinator with season Ecommerce shoots, including collating samples, deck preparation & on-set styling assistance
- Uploading and selecting ecommerce imagery to the Shopify platform for approval
- Supporting the Ecommerce Coordinator with on-site collection launches through product data enrichment sheets
- Daily platform checks across the three Victoria Beckham ecommerce sites, raising any issues
- Weekly team operational tasks as requested
- Support the Client Service team with queries/tickets and client-facing via email, live chat, and phone
- Flag/Escalate Customer Feedback where appropriate
- An interest in working within the Digital space and an enthusiasm for the luxury customer experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Positive and proactive attitude with a great work ethic
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys problem solving
- Some experience working with Microsoft Office & Google Suite (particularly Excel/Google Sheets)
- Experience with Shopify is a plus, but not essential
Full-time Monday to Friday (flexible 10am until 6pm) Hybrid working. Please ensure you have fully read and understood the requirements before applying for this position. Internships at Victoria Beckham are only open to candidates who are currently enrolled in a full-time, higher education course.
