Victoria Beckham Ltd offers a selection of work placement opportunities for those currently studying at university and looking to gain experience in the Fashion Industry. The placements we offer provide a varied and tangible learning experience that can be applied to roles in the future and support the university learning experience.

Location: Hammersmith, London

Placement: 12-month placement, with the anticipated start date of July/August 2025

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Digital team in a dual role, splitting time between the Ecommerce and Client Services teams. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in the ecommerce fashion space, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced luxury environment. In this role, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the inter-departmental collaboration between teams within the Digital department, as well as hands-on experience in ecommerce shoot production.

Ecommerce Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Ecommerce Photography & Merchandising Coordinator with season Ecommerce shoots, including collating samples, deck preparation & on-set styling assistance
  • Uploading and selecting ecommerce imagery to the Shopify platform for approval
  • Supporting the Ecommerce Coordinator with on-site collection launches through product data enrichment sheets
  • Daily platform checks across the three Victoria Beckham ecommerce sites, raising any issues
  • Weekly team operational tasks as requested

Client Services Responsibilities:

  • Support the Client Service team with queries/tickets and client-facing via email, live chat, and phone
  • Flag/Escalate Customer Feedback where appropriate

Skills & Requirements:

  • An interest in working within the Digital space and an enthusiasm for the luxury customer experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Positive and proactive attitude with a great work ethic
  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoys problem solving
  • Some experience working with Microsoft Office & Google Suite (particularly Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Experience with Shopify is a plus, but not essential

Full-time Monday to Friday (flexible 10am until 6pm)

Hybrid working
