Victoria Beckham LTD is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join the Digital team for a one-year placement, with a focus on Ecommerce. This role offers a comprehensive 360° view of the digital function, providing hands-on experience across trading, operations, and onsite merchandising within a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities
  • Ecommerce Operations & Trading
    • Support the Ecommerce team in uploading and maintaining product data on the Shopify platform
    • Assist with collection launches, seasonal updates, and site refreshes
    • Monitor stock flow on-site, including new arrivals, low stock, and out-of-stock products
    • Assist with weekly trading updates and performance reporting
  • Onsite Merchandising
    • Support in building and updating category pages, product edits, and homepage content
    • Assist in the execution of onsite visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
    • Contribute to newsletter builds and ensure alignment with onsite activity
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Social and CRM teams to ensure consistency across all digital channels
    • Support in aligning onsite content with wider campaign activity
  • Site Maintenance & Optimisation
    • Conduct daily site checks to identify bugs, errors, or inconsistencies
    • Report and assist in resolving issues in a timely manner
    • Support with ongoing site improvements and testing
  • General Support
    • Provide day-to-day support to the Ecommerce team
    • Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required
