Victoria Beckham is recruiting a Wholesale Assistant responsible for maintaining and growing wholesale brand accounts. The Wholesale Assistant contributes to providing excellent service to existing wholesale accounts to increase customer brand loyalty. The Wholesale Assistant also helps the Sales team in the development of accounts at all stages of the business development process and focuses on providing the best customer experience to our wholesale partners.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and Monitoring of Operational Activity in the Zones
- Centralisation of each need from our partners and redirection of requests to the relevant departments (Sales, Marketing, Press, etc.)
- Being the primary contact for the buying teams at our partners regarding any operational request
- Updating all documents, databases, and wholesale presentations
- Tracking requests and sending commercial samples
- Organising travel schedules and appointments
- Managing and participating in training sessions to involve and educate sales teams
- Monitoring expense reports
- Support for the Organisation and Development of the Showroom
- Managing requests and scheduling client appointments for your zones
- Organising appointments for fashion week (restaurant reservations, client reception, etc.)
- Implementing optimal management of zone managers' schedules
- Preparing customer profiles for showroom sales representatives
- Participating in client meetings
- Contributing to the preparation of proposals for additional orders
- Managing the order deadline calendar, ensuring timely receipt of all items
- Support for Revenue Growth and Market Monitoring
- Collaborating with zone managers to ensure the development of their territories
- Analysis of competition (commercial activities, best practices, etc.)
- Benchmarking potential partners by analysing the distribution network in line with the brand's strategy
- Managing partnership requests/prospecting
- Monitoring weekly sales reports: analysing activity to maximise sales and restocking opportunities
- Performance follow-up by tracking, cleaning and analysing data from key partners
- Supporting the management of restocking requests and inventory monitoring in collaboration with zone managers and sales administration
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- 2 years Wholesale experience, within the luxury fashion sector desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and proactive
- Excellent organisation skills and able to work effectively within a team
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge on Joor, (but not essential)
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Analytical skills, with the ability to identify and act on trends and opportunities
- A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Ability to travel and flexible to work hours during intense sales period
