The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mid-Level Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the crucial link between data and strategic decision-making across various departments, including e-commerce, merchandising, marketing, and operations. You will analyse business performance, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights that drive efficiency and growth, ensuring our strategies are as refined and impactful as our collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the business identifying growth opportunities and risks.
- Commercial Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behaviour, inventory levels, and merchandising performance to provide actionable insights that can help inform those overseeing buying and planning areas.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with all key stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, map existing processes, and identify opportunities for operational improvements and system enhancements.
- Project Support: Support the implementation of new business systems and strategic projects across the business by translating needs into functional specifications and ensuring successful delivery.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour within the luxury fashion market to provide context for performance and support strategic planning.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role, preferably within the retail, e-commerce, or luxury goods sector.
- Analytical Acumen: Advanced quantitative skills with the ability to analyse complex datasets and generate powerful insights. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory; experience with planning systems is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Experience with data visualization tools is highly desirable.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives.
