Placement: 12-month placement, with the anticipated start date of August 2026
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated student with a real enthusiasm to work within the Accessories Department. The purpose of the role is to support the Accessories team with administrative and organisational tasks.
Key Daily Tasks:- Sample management: maintain an up-to-date sample tracker with images; monitor the lending of samples externally and internally for shoots, press, gifting etc.; labelling and archiving
- Prepare shipments and monitoring deliveries
- Build sample sale tracker: list of items, with descriptions
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate Accessories samples for various shoots
- Support team with the preparation of Design and Product Development Meetings (prepare protos, raw materials, colour cards, boards, room set up)
- Maintain an updated library of raw materials: trims, leathers, hardware items, colour cards, so the team can locate quickly when needed
- Support the team in the preparation of Shows and key Fittings and Shoots (samples preparation and shipments, packing lists, tools needed for the Show prep and fittings)
