As the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for building structured templates and executive-ready reporting packages. You should have a deep understanding of standard costing, ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central, and/or QuickBooks), and advanced data visualization (Power BI/Tableau).
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Communication: Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance leaders (including Operations, Supply Chain, 3PL partners).
- Execution: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and re-prioritise fluidly as business needs shift.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the beauty and luxury space and an understanding of what it means to operate within a founder-led, design-driven brand.
