Based in London and supporting counter locations across the UK, Ireland, and France you will be the embodiment of our brand’s ethos, delivering exceptional in-store and virtual training programs to retail teams and beauty professionals. Through your expertise in product knowledge, artistry, and storytelling, you will inspire and empower others to create unforgettable client experiences. In close collaboration with our Wholesale and Marketing teams, you will champion our mission to deliver refined, high-performance beauty at every touchpoint. In this role you will… Tailor, implement and deliver in-store and virtual training programs for retail staff, makeup artists, beauty consultants, and external partners sharing product knowledge, application techniques, and brand philosophy. Provide deep, comprehensive product knowledge to ensure staff and consumers are well-informed on the benefits, features, and application of each product. Stay updated on new product launches, ingredient innovations, and industry trends to keep educational content fresh and relevant. Collaborate with the Wholesale and Marketing teams to align educational initiatives with brand campaigns and sales goals. Empower retail staff and beauty professionals with the skills to upsell products, improve customer interactions, and maximize sales. Serve as a passionate representative of the brand, embodying its values, aesthetic, and mission in all educational settings. Act as a liaison between the brand and external stakeholders, including retailers, beauty influencers, and consumers. Gather feedback from trainees to assess the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content or delivery methods as needed. Track and report on training outcomes, including product knowledge improvements and sales impact. Work closely with the Marketing, Wholesale, and Product Development teams to ensure alignment of messaging and training resources. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees. A successful candidate will have… Minimum 3-5 years in the cosmetics or beauty industry, with at least 2 years in a training or educational role. Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a related field preferred; certifications in cosmetology or makeup artistry a plus. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve sales goals. Proficiency in digital tools for virtual training delivery (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, e-learning platforms). Creativity in designing engaging and effective training materials.
