Victoria and Albert Museum is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to manage, optimise and govern our ServiceNow platform, delivering value, improving incident resolution, and enhancing end-user experience across ITSM and ITOM.
You will lead platform administration, user access, workflows, CMDB governance, data management, reporting, upgrades, and user training, while maintaining ITIL-aligned service management and strong data governance.
