Overview
The Role: Assistant Curator, Prints. You will be part of the Prints team which oversees the V&A\'s collection of historic, modern and contemporary prints. You will be responsible for cataloguing and documenting the historic print collection, including German Renaissance woodcuts and French and British etchings from the 19th-century etching revival. Your role will oversee the digitisation of collection objects and you will process internal and external requests for collection information. By cataloguing print records into the museum\'s collection management database, you will contribute to the development of accessible catalogue entries and enhance engagement via the V&A website. There will also be opportunities to contribute to interpretation, display, and research projects related to the historic print collection. This role is a job-share position for a fixed term of 12 months.
