Aqualisa completes our portfolio with its market-leading digital showering technology. We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as an Assembly Operative to join our growing team on our night shift.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Assembling brass wear components according to detailed work instructions and quality standards.
  • Building, testing and packing products to the required quality standards and output targets.
  • Utilising hand tools and power tools as required for assembly tasks.
  • Undertaking all work in accordance with standard procedures and work instructions.
  • Inspecting assembled components for defects and ensuring they meet quality specifications.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
  • Adhering to all safety regulations and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Recognising and reporting failures or problems with standard procedures and work instructions and making suggestions for improvement.
  • May be required to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods standing up.
  • Ability to be flexible in your working approach as the business requires.

What you will already have:

  • Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing (preferred but not essential).
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work accurately.
  • Sufficient computer skills required.
  • Attention to detail and quality focus.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
