Role Overview
As part of our dynamic and fast‐growing Group Charter department, this individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences after booking confirmation. The role involves working closely on major charter projects—from large international sporting events to coordinating international music tours—while developing your career within a truly innovative and global brand.

Requirements
Working in the flight management team offers exposure to all areas of the business and how we work internally and with external partners. We seek an individual who strives for individual excellence, proactively seeks opportunities to learn about other business functions, and builds great working relationships—especially in communication with the Sales team to deliver a consistent, high‐quality service for each flight booking and client.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and issue detailed flight itineraries prior to departure.
- Organise catering in line with each client's customised requirements.
- Manage and submit passenger manifest documentation accurately and on time.
- Arrange bespoke branded items for the aircraft to enhance the onboard experience.
- Arrange and coordinate ground transportation to and from airports, where required.
- Provide flight representation at the airport or onboard to ensure seamless service execution.
- Proactively and diligently manage all client communications and queries after booking confirmation.
- Deliver an industry‐leading flight management service for Victor's Group Charter and Touring clientele.
