After School Club Playworker/ Leader

We are looking for a friendly and energetic After School Club Playworker/Leader to deliver enjoyable activities, support children's wellbeing and help create a welcoming environment where every child feels safe, included and valued.

About the Role

As an After School Club Playworker/Leader, you will help create a safe, inclusive and enjoyable environment where children can play, learn and develop after school. You will supervise and engage pupils in a range of activities, support their wellbeing and ensure they remain safe and happy throughout the session.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, is creative and enthusiastic, and is passionate about providing high quality childcare in a fun and supportive setting.

Main duties of the role include:

• To provide a safe, Stimulating and happy environment for pupils

• Supervise pupils during activities and help to resolve issues between pupils

• To log pupils time of collection and name of collector

We are looking for an individual who:

• Previous experience of working with children in an educational setting

• Ability to cope with personal hygiene needs and respond sensitively to childrens needs

• Able to lead games and other activities
