Position Summary:
We are looking for a full-time professional to join our Dundee showroom team in a Bathroom Sales & Design role.
This is an on-site position (not remote) and requires your full availability during showroom opening hours, excluding staff break periods. The current showroom hours are below, and you should be available and ready to commence before the showroom opening times
Monday: 9.30 β 5.15
Tuesday: 9.30 β 5.15
Wednesday: 9.30 β 5.15
Thursday: 9.30 β 5.15
Friday: 9.30 β 5.15
Saturday: 9.30 β 5.15
Sunday: Closed
Key Responsibilities:
o Work collaboratively with the existing team to deliver tailored bathroom design solutions.
o Provide knowledgeable advice on product ranges and layout options.
o Conduct in-person and face-to-face consultations and sales with customers.
o Create quotations for products to present to clients.
o Create CAD plans and 3D images using our in-house software to present to clients.
o It can be beneficial to be able to create lifestyle and mood boards to present to clients.
o Manage personal workload, customer appointments, and follow-up tasks.
o Assist with general showroom duties as required.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for someone who:
o Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
o Present themselves professionally and courteously.
o Is a team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.
o Has a keen eye for design and an interest in helping customers make layout and style decisions.
o Can use a PC confidently, with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
o Can manage time and tasks independently.
Experience & Skills:
o Sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
o Experience in bathrooms, interiors, or home improvement is a plus, but not required.
o Training in EPOS and CAD software will be provided in-house.
o Ongoing product training will be given in-house and by manufacturers and suppliers.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: Β£21,000.00
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Β£30,000βΒ£35,000, this is uncapped, so this can rise depending on the success of the individual.

Quarterly bonus based on turnover
