We have an exciting opportunity for a Triage and Early Interventions Officer to join the Staffordshire Victim Gateway team, working 22.5 hours a week, in this office based role.
We are looking for a driven individual, able to deliver a fast-paced and high quality service to victims of crime.
The role will be responsible for the 'front door' of the service; with immediate need, risk assessment and safeguarding at the forefront of every contact.
You will answer the public helpline and assess needs, enabling onward referred to specialist services, where necessary.
