We have an exciting opportunity for a Perpetrator Service/Behaviour Change Caseworker, working exclusively with Children and Young People, to join the New Era team in Staffordshire, working 37.5 hours a week. Do you want to make a difference to young lives every day? Do you want to contribute to change ensuring the safe delivery of service working alongside the integrated victim service to co-ordinate delivery of services.

You will need:

  • a genuine belief in behaviour change
  • personal resilience and good communication and interpersonal skills
  • a good understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on victims and families
