Victim Support invites applications for an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) covering Lichfield and surrounding areas. The post is 22.5 hours/week, three days, with one Thursday, and is a fixed-term maternity cover.

The role blends office-based and hybrid working from our Staffordshire offices, with travel across Staffordshire as required. You will identify risk, assess needs, and provide frontline support to victims of domestic abuse, coordinating with MARAC and multi-agency partners
