We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator (known internally as a Service Delivery Assistant) to join the Ashraya Team supporting male victims in London, working 18.75 hours a week.

Details:

  • Location: Greater London, Victim Support, 3rd Floor, 5-7 Singer Street, London EC2A 4AP
  • Part-time, 18.75 hours/week
  • Office hours required on Wednesdays; actual hours flexible
  • Salary: £12,285 per annum (FTE £24,570), London Weighting £1400 per annum (FTE £2800)
  • Contract: Fixed Term until 31/03/2026
  • DBS: Enhanced required
  • Police vetting: Not required
  • Closing date: 21/08/2025

About the role:

As a Service Delivery Assistant, you will be:

  • Supporting the Domestic Abuse Service Manager to provide high-quality administrative support for the Ashraya male victims service
  • Acting as the first point of contact for inquiries, supporting the team and service with administrative duties
  • Managing external and internal communications, ensuring timely information sharing
  • Liaising with referring agencies to improve referral processes
  • Updating and maintaining databases, case management systems, and records
  • Handling sensitive, confidential data securely
  • Providing general office support such as photocopying, filing, data entry, ordering supplies, processing invoices, raising purchase orders, and minute-taking

You will need:

  • Effective verbal/written communication and numerical skills
  • Experience in administrative roles and handling diverse duties
  • Experience in client-focused service settings
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, confidentiality, and data protection policies
  • Understanding of equal opportunities and diversity principles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • Excellent customer service skills, with sensitivity and clarity in communication
