Victim Support is seeking a Deputy Director of Operations (Local Services) to lead regional strategies and operational delivery across England and Wales, translating national strategy into local action while ensuring performance, risk management and strong culture.

You will oversee a cluster of services, develop partnerships with commissioners and stakeholders, and drive growth, impact and sustainability across local service delivery.
