Victim Support is seeking a Caseworker to provide structured, tailored support plans for individuals affected by crime. You will contact victims by telephone, explain our services, assess impact, and develop safety and support plans.
You will manage a caseload, conduct risk and needs assessments, build partnerships with local providers, maintain confidential records, and work with the team to deliver a seamless service across Hampshire via hybrid working in New Forest or Eastleigh & Winchester.
