Victim Support is seeking a Senior Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (Senior IDVA) to lead complex, high-risk cases, deliver expert advocacy, risk management and safety planning, and mentor colleagues within a multi-agency framework across London.
You will work across police, MARAC and criminal justice pathways, ensuring victims receive coordinated, victim-centered support and representation throughout their journey, with a mix of office and home-based working.
