Victim Support is seeking an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) specialising in supporting service users from Racially Minoritised Communities. The role covers Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent, with hybrid working after probation, to identify risk and meet needs of victims of domestic abuse.

The successful candidate should have experience supporting those affected by domestic abuse, risk assessments, MARAC processes, and multi-agency collaboration.
