Victim Support is seeking a Caseworker to provide structured, tailored support plans based on holistic assessments for individuals affected by crime. You will make initial contact with victims via telephone, then tailor the support to their preferences (home visits or conference calls), explain our services, and assess the impact of crime.
Your responsibilities include developing, delivering and monitoring safety and support plans, providing resources, interventions and information to service users.
