You will support volunteers, ensure timely, compassionate assistance, and uphold high standards of service in a demanding court environment.
You will line-manage Deputy Team Leaders and volunteers, allocate cases, monitor KPIs, maintain data quality, and promote inclusive, trauma-informed practice.
