Victim Support is seeking a committed Team Leader to coordinate the Witness Service across Bradford, Keighley and Skipton Magistrates Courts. Based at Bradford, with travel to Skipton and Calderdale remote link centre, you will lead volunteers and staff to deliver a compassionate, timely service for witnesses.
You will line-manage Deputy Team Leaders and volunteers, oversee case allocations, ensure data entry accuracy, and promote trauma-informed practice while safeguarding witnesses.
