Victim Support in Bournemouth is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our service delivery team across Dorset, Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole. This hybrid, full-time role requires three days per week in the Boscombe office with regular regional travel.
You will drive service performance, recruit and develop staff, and maintain strong external partnerships while delivering data-driven improvements aligned with government policy and Victim Support values.
