Victim Support is recruiting a Senior Family IDVA to join Birmingham’s new Family IDVA Service.
This role leads a team, manages a complex caseload and helps shape a trauma-informed, whole-family response for families affected by domestic abuse.
Based in Birmingham’s Family Hubs with hybrid working, you will collaborate with partners, support mobilisation and service development, and coach five Family IDVAs to deliver high-quality support to parents and children aged 16+ and 18.
