We are now looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our busy production kitchen, helping us deliver outstanding bread and bakery products across our venues. The Works

As part of our bakehouse team, you will play a key role in producing high quality bread and bakery items that our guests love. Your focus will be on:

  • Hand-shaped breads, rolls and brioche.
  • Maintaining excellent standards of quality and consistency
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
  • Supporting the wider bakehouse team to meet daily volumes
  • Upholding food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

About You

  • Proven experience in bread making, including brioche.
  • A passion for bakery and pride in your craft
  • Reliable, organised, and comfortable working afternoon/evening shifts
  • A team player who thrives in a busy kitchen environment
