Location: Yarnton, Oxfordshire

Key Responsibilities

  • Electronic Design of a range of hardware products including high-speed motion capture and video cameras, calibration devices and synchronization and networking equipment.
  • Collaborate with teams of electronic, mechanical and software design engineers to create high performing and cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure designs have appropriate test coverage for development and manufacture and meet regulatory compliance.
  • Full product lifecycle involvement from early conceptual studies through to manufacturing support post-release.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High speed digital design; working knowledge of analogue design; experience developing products for manufacture with emphasis on DFM/DFT.
  • Degree level in Electronic Engineering (or equivalent) with demonstrable and relevant industry experience.
  • Outgoing, confident and self-motivated candidate who fits within a small, highly experienced engineering team.
  • Working knowledge of VHDL/FPGAs, image sensors, optics, lithium-ion batteries, Ethernet and RF Design is advantageous.
