Vicon is seeking a part-time Reception & Facilities Coordinator to join the Operations team in Yarnton, Oxfordshire. You will be the first point of contact for the building, manage reception duties, coordinate contractors, and own H&S administration for the site.
Working 15 hours per week (3 hours daily, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility), you will handle supplier invoices in NetSuite, oversee housekeeping, utilities, and catering coordination, and ensure safe, smooth daily operations.
