Warrington Housing Association is seeking a Property Services Compliance Lead to oversee critical safety compliance across our housing stock.

The role requires coordinating programmes for asbestos, electrical, fire, gas, lift operations and water hygiene to safeguard residents.

You will work with contractors and staff to ensure statutory obligations are met, maintaining robust inspection and maintenance regimes and driving continuous safety improvements across the portfolio.
