Vico Homes is seeking a Clerk of Works to support a multi-million-pound housing development programme delivering 1000+ homes per year. Based at our Castleford Head Office, you will work 37 hours a week, with flexible site involvement across the Yorkshire region to ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
You will inspect works, monitor progress, collaborate with Project Managers and teams, and lead snagging inspections to resolve defects before and after handover.
