Driving reliable, secure and strategic enterprise systems

We are now seeking an Enterprise Platform Manager to lead the design, delivery and ongoing performance of our core business systems.
This is a senior leadership role, responsible for ensuring that our enterprise systems — including Housing Management, Salesforce, Field Service and Core Business systems — are aligned with organisational priorities, governed effectively and continuously improved.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering and testing
- Establish and maintain effective architecture governance frameworks
- Ensure enterprise platforms are reliable, secure and performant
- Develop and oversee platform roadmaps aligned to strategic objectives
- Balance operational service delivery with system enhancement and transformation
- Manage suppliers and external delivery partners
- Oversee budgets, resources and platform investment decisions
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure platforms meet business needs
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience leading enterprise platform or systems teams
- Strong understanding of architecture principles and governance
- Experience delivering technology-enabled change in complex environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing suppliers, budgets and technical delivery
