The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Working within the Landscapes team, you will support the delivery of services that ensure our communal and greenspaces are well maintained to create places where people want and are proud to live. You will also help protect, promote and maintain the safety of our trees so that they can continue to positively shape the character and appearance of our communities.

What you’ll do:

  • You will provide a Business Planning function within the Landscapes team with particular focus on:
    • Ensuring compliance with all relevant tree management and legal duty.
    • Overseeing the Tree Safety Management Plan.
    • Managing the performance through the ‘Ezytreev’ tree asset software system.
  • You will also support the performance of our Grounds Maintenance contract, using customer insight and data to help ensure all Vico communal land is well maintained and safe.
  • In doing so, you will work alongside internal teams to build effective working relationships, partner with external organisations and have responsibility for dealing directly with our customers on all aspects of the Landscape service.

What we’re looking for:

  • An understanding of the needs and challenges involved in delivering high quality and safe local environments.
  • Able to learn new performance systems and interpret data.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft programmes such as Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Power Automate and experience with (or willingness to learn) the ‘Ezytreev’ tree asset management system.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage a busy and varied workload.
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer care and engagement.
