We are looking for a Senior Team Leader to join our Major Works Team.
About the role
As the Senior Team Leader your manager will be our Project Manager. You will work 37 hours a week on a fixed term basis for up to 12 months, working flexibly in the Vico Homes operating area based at our Head Office in Castleford. As the Senior Team Leader you will be responsible for a team of surveyors, team leaders and technicians, primarily working on our damp, mould and condensation workstream.
Key initiatives
- Leading on the development and embedding of clear processes for managing Damp, Mould and Condensation cases, ensuring Vico Homes is fully compliant with Awaab’s Law and prioritising customer safety at every stage.
What you'll do
- Oversee a team of surveyors, team leaders and technicians on our Damp, Mould and Condensation (DMC) workstream.
- Ensure team under your control are managed effectively to achieve operational targets.
- Provide monitoring and reporting data for the property investment team.
- Deputise for the project manager when required.
