Vico Homes is built on the foundations of WDH. We are looking for a Painter and Decorator to join our Property Investment Team. A home is more than four walls and a roof. About the role: As the Painter and Decorator, your manager will be our Site Supervisor. You will work 37 hours a week on a permanent basis, working flexibly in the Vico Homes operating area. You will be responsible for completing jobs to a high standard in an agreed timeframe between you and your Site Supervisor.

What you’ll do:

  • Complete responsive and/or planned property maintenance safely within corporate performance targets in relation to your trade.

What we’re looking for:

  • A qualification at Level 2 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework associated with the appropriate trade.
  • Current, valid UK driving licence with the ability to travel throughout the operating area.
