About the role: As the Assets Surveyor, your manager will be our Senior Assets Surveyor. You will work 37 hours a week on a permanent basis, working flexibly in the Vico Homes operating area based at our Head Office in Castleford. As the Assets Surveyor, you will work as part of a team of Assets Surveyors to complete surveying tasks and provide technical guidance on building architecture, fabric, and associated infrastructure. It is an exciting time to be joining us and here are some of the initiatives that you will be involved in:
- Helping to develop the internalisation of stock condition and component surveying.
- Helping Vico Homes deliver great customer service through working with partners to deliver timely completions on property insurance claims, customers’ technical home improvement applications, investment stock condition surveys, and high-rise building compliance.
- Working with partners to survey and check Vico Homes’ extensive portfolio of non-traditional properties.
