Are you an experienced Service Engineer looking for an opportunity to work with industry-leading mobile crushing and screening equipment across a global customer base? Working as part of an experienced technical team, you'll be responsible for:

Your day to day:

  • Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will provide technical support to customers and dealers across international markets, ensuring equipment is commissioned, maintained and operating at peak performance.
  • Commissioning and training customers and dealers on mobile crushing and screening equipment.
  • Carrying out mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault finding, servicing and repairs.
  • Providing remote technical support to the global dealer network.
  • Producing detailed service reports, risk assessments and method statements following site visits.
  • Supporting new product development through prototype testing and customer feedback.
  • Building strong relationships with customers while delivering first-class technical support.

Your essentials:

  • You will have a strong mechanical or electromechanical background and enjoy working in customer-facing environments where no two days are the same.
  • You will ideally have proven experience in mechanical or electromechanical service engineering.
  • Experience working with crushing, screening, quarrying, construction or heavy plant equipment would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, auto-electrics and general maintenance.
  • Ability to interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics (desirable).
  • Electrical or welding qualifications would be beneficial but are not essential.
  • A full clean driving licence and valid passport.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
