Experience in an FMCG environment would be a real advantage, but not essential.
Core Duties
- Identify training needs for new and existing employees
- Coordinate and provide ad hoc training as needed
- Deliver job-specific, refresher, and key skills training
- Ensure completion and understanding of Job Specific SOPs
- Maintain and update training matrices and related documentation
- Organise and coordinate training sessions, including logistics and materials
- Provide regular reports on training progress and ongoing project
- Offer operational support during busy periods when required
Your Profile
- With relevant experience as a Trainer or Training Officer in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other basic IT systems
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills and confident in delegating
- Flexible with working hours to suit business needs
- Motivated and results-driven
