Vickerstock are proud to be working in partnership with a leading FMCG business in the Craigavon area to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their busy commercial team on a temporary basis for 9-12 months. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused administrator to join a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Working closely with the Senior Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting order processing, logistics coordination, customer service and sales administration activities across the business.

The Role
  • Process sales orders, arrange despatch and invoicing for designated accounts and online sales
  • Process daily van sales deliveries and coordinate stock replenishment requirements
  • Liaise with the Warehouse Team to ensure orders are despatched in full and on time
  • Maintain excellent customer service levels through regular communication and timely updates
  • Coordinate with Procurement regarding goods in and haulage arrangements
  • Liaise with haulage providers to arrange goods out while negotiating cost-effective rates
  • Implement booking in procedures for key customer accounts
  • Produce month-end sales reports and aged debt analysis
  • Support effective credit control processes to ensure timely collection of payments
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and process credit notes where required
  • Maintain accurate customer records, scanning and indexing sales documentation for audit purposes
  • Provide reception cover including answering calls, directing enquiries and taking telephone orders
  • Support the wider sales team to ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
What you will need
  • GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience within a Sales Administration role
  • Ability to multitask within a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Flexible attitude towards working hours
Desirable
  • Credit control experience
  • Experience working within an FMCG environment
