Quantity Surveyor | Belfast
Vickerstock are working in partnership with a Main Contractor on the appointment of a Quantity Surveyor.
The Project
You will be travel between two sites in Monaghan and Drogheda, and use the Belfast office as your base
Your new role
As Quantity Surveyor you will:
Review Construction drawings
Prepare and obtain material and subcontractor quotes
Negotiate with suppliers to manage budgets
Complete monthly valuations and final accounts
Monthly reporting to management
What you\’ll need to be successful as Quantity Surveyor
Degree level education in surveying is ideal, but applicants with other educational backgrounds are welcome
Strong experience with a main contractor
Public works, JCT and NEC contract experience
