Quality Engineer Location: Toomebridge Full Time permanent position On Offer: £35-40K+ depending on experience plus 31 days holidays (with an additional 3 day buy up option) + Life Assurance etc Daytime hour role Monday to Friday HN10509 Our Client is a large established larger manufacturing firm who have a strong reputation for being a good employer in the local area.

They are therefore looking someone who can assist the Quality Manager.
Role and responsibilities of Quality Engineer: Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) Manage the Document Control process Manage the ISO9001 Internal Audit program Write and implement Procedures, Work Instructions and other associated documentation in line with requirements Manage Product Quality testing to ensure compliance to specification and drive continuous improvement Manage Process Auditing requirements to ensure compliance to specification and drive continuous improvement Collect and analyse data for trending information, presentation to management and assessment for improvement opportunities Management of non-conformances from problem identification to resolution using various quality tools.
Leads the implementation and coordination of containment and corrective actions Support the implementation of the 6S program and other Lean initiatives Develop close working relationships across all departments and communicate quality performance across all levels within the company Provide quality related training and provide leadership and direction in relation to the QMS.
