Vickerstock are delighted to be working in partnership with their client, a food manufacturing company in Cookstown on the appointment of QA Assistant to join their Quality team.
You will support the Technical Manager in day-to-day quality checks to ensure products meet food safety and company standards.
Key duties:
- Carry out routine quality checks during production
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and GMP compliance
- Complete QA documentation accurately and on time
- Support internal audits and site inspections
- Report and help investigate any non-conformances
- Work closely with production teams to maintain standards
