The Role:
- Manage multiple customer-facing projects from initiation to delivery
- Ensure projects meet scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets
- Primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Operate in a structured, process-driven framework
- Cover both operational and strategic projects of varying complexity
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects in line with project management frameworks and best practice
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Align expectations between stakeholders
- Manage timelines, budgets, and variations
- Monitor costs and take corrective actions when required
- Facilitate project close-out including snagging and handover
- Communicate progress clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Escalate risks, issues, and scope changes appropriately
- Support continuous improvement and strong health & safety culture
Essential Criteria:
- Degree or equivalent experience in relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an Engineering or Project Engineering / Management type of role - Training can be given
- Proven experience managing customer-facing engineering or manufacturing projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and commercial elements
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential
