Production Supervisor (Food & Drink) Location: Co Down
Are you ready to lead the coolest production team in Northern Ireland? As they scale up, they are on the lookout for a hands-on Production Supervisor to keep things slick, smooth, and stress-free.

Monday to Friday 8am-4pm NO WEEKENDS
~36 days holiday (25 annual + 11 statutory)

As Production Supervisor, you\’ll be the driving force behind their manufacturing operations. You\’ll lead their in-house team, coordinate with co-packers, and make sure their products go out the door on time, to spec, and to the highest quality standards. This is a fast-moving, high-energy role perfect for someone who thrives on variety and loves making things happen!
Oversee day-to-day production and packing operations
Manage production schedules and inventory with suppliers/co-packers
Supervise and support a small team, ensuring quality and safety
Uphold food safety standards (HACCP, SALSA, etc.)
Maintain accurate production records and batch logs
Support New Product Development trials and test runs
Help streamline workflows and improve operations
Jump in to help other areas of the business as needed

Experience in a food/drink production or manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of food safety, compliance, and quality standards
Familiar with (or willing to learn) Unleashed software
Not a deal breaker however it would be great if you had experience of drinks industry and/or mechanical aptitude
