They are seeking a highly skilled and detailed orientated Process Technologist to join the team.

You will play a key role in managing live product recipes, improving production processes, and ensuring seamless integration between factory operations and internal systems (AX and Point 74). This role is vital in supporting product trials, updates, and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update live product recipes, including batch sizes, yields, and raw material inputs.
  • Ensure accuracy across systems (AX and Point 74) by cross-checking data and updating packaging specs and ingredient details.
  • Manage product lifecycles including recipe updates, delisting, relisting, and system integration.
  • Lead and support product trials, feasibility studies, and cross-functional project handovers.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain full compliance with food safety standards, documentation protocols, and audit readiness.
  • Support ongoing system enhancements for recipe and product data management.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Food Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar food manufacturing or process technology role.
  • Strong knowledge of recipe/BOM management and product formulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and solid organisational skills.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to lead discussions and work cross-functionally.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience with AX and/or Point 74 systems.
  • Strong data management and system integration skills.
  • Understanding of food production processes, batch systems, and ingredient functionality.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
