As the business continues to expand across Ireland, they are seeking an experienced People Business Partner to play a key role in supporting operational growth, embedding company values and partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of People & Talent, you'll act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders across Ireland and Europe, playing a key role in supporting the business's continued expansion by embedding consistent people practices, strengthening company culture and driving employee engagement across multiple locations. You'll operate across both strategic and operational HR, supporting managers with employee relations, organisational change, workforce planning, talent development and employee engagement while helping to foster a culture built around collaboration, trust and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational leaders across ROI, providing strategic and operational HR support to enable business growth.
- Build trusted relationships with managers, advising on workforce planning, succession planning and team development.
- Lead initiatives that embed the company's values and culture across new and existing satellite locations.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent and compliant people practices.
- Support the rollout of People & Talent initiatives, policies and performance management processes across the business.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to deliver an excellent recruitment and onboarding experience.
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives while supporting managers to create high-performing teams.
- Analyse HR metrics and people data to identify trends, inform decision-making and support continuous improvement.
- Champion organisational change and support business transformation as the company continues to expand.
About You
You'll be an experienced HR professional who enjoys partnering with operational leaders, influencing business decisions and helping organisations grow through their people. Previous experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor position in a multi-site or project-based environment. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice. Experience supporting managers within a fast-paced, multi-site or operational environment. Proven background managing employee relations cases and coaching managers. Experience supporting organisational growth, change management or business transformation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide meaningful insights. Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, commercially aware approach with the ability to influence at all levels. Full driving licence and flexibility to travel throughout the Republic of Ireland.

- CIPD qualification.
- Experience using HRIS systems.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams across multiple sites.
