As the Operations Manager, you will lead the team to ensure operational excellence and high productivity, all while maintaining excellent quality and hygiene standards. At least 2 years of proven success in an Operation's Management role, ideally within food manufacturing. Strong understanding of ERP and MRP systems. In-depth knowledge of food industry compliance and hygiene/safety standards. Familiarity with Retailer and BRC/Salsa food manufacturing requirements. Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach to leadership. Strong IT skills, including experience with database development and budgetary processes. Desirable.
