Vickerstock are seeking an experienced Shift Manager, ideally from a manufacturing or FMCG environment, with proven leadership capability and a passion for driving operational excellence.

- Week 1 - Days: Mon-Thurs: 7:00am - 3:00pm | Fri: 7:00am - 2:00pm
- Week 2 - Back shift: Mon-Wed: 2:50pm - 12:45am | Thurs: 2:50pm - 12:05am

Your day to day as Shift Manager:
As Shift Manager, you will provide strong leadership to operational shift teams, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant production of world-class products. You will play a key role in driving manufacturing excellence across the site while maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety, Quality, Customer Service, Cost, Flexibility, and People Development. You will be responsible for developing high-performing teams through effective coaching, mentoring, and engagement, ensuring colleagues are empowered to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will continuously drive operational performance improvements, set ambitious standards, and support the delivery of manufacturing excellence initiatives across the business:

Your Essential Ingredients:
- Hold a degree in Engineering, Food Science, Quality, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent industry experience.
- Be IOSH certified or willing to work towards this qualification.
- Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation and standards.
- Have experience managing, coaching, and developing multi-disciplined teams within a fast-paced production environment.
- Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrate structured problem-solving capability and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Be a motivated and energetic team player with a strong desire to learn, develop, and drive results through people performance.
